Ik gebruik de app nu al enige tijd en het viel me op dat de rekeningen wel erg hoog waren vergeleken met wat ik rij. Ben eens gaan opletten en wat blijkt, de reserveringskosten worden verekend als gereden minuten en je betaald altijd een minuut extra. Natuurlijk achteraan gegaan en nee hoor, geen hulp, een belachelijke toon in de mail en doen alsof ik gek ben. Ze pakken je geld af dus maak overal screenshots van.

Wat vervelend dat dit gevoel over GO bij jou heerst, dat is zeker niet de bedoeling. Graag zet ik het met je recht, heb je voor mij jouw accountgegevens (die mag je toesturen op info@go-sharing.com) dan ga ik het meteen na. Het is namelijk zo dat de gratis minuten voor het reserveren van de scooter in het totaal worden meegenomen en verder niet worden uitgesplits; op het factuur die je ontvangt bij het afsluiten van de rit kan je zien hoeveel 'driving minutes' je hebt betaald en wat de gratis reserveringsminuten waren.
Mochten wij toch fout zitten dan is een correctie - alsnog - op zijn plaats! Daarom verneem ik graag.
