Go2Shell opens a terminal window to the current directory in Finder.
The best way to use Go2Shell is to add it to the Finder toolbar, to do this just drag and drop the app onto the toolbar.
IMPORTANT! For 10.9-10.10 users: Just hold CMD, while dragging to Finder toolbar.

Let your life be a bit easier with tiny Go2Shell tool.

To open configuration window follow this steps:
1. Fire up your favorite terminal program.
2. Enter: open -a Go2Shell --args config
3. Press [return].
4. Profit.

Agree with astroumut: should open tab not window

I use OpenTerminalHere for the same purpose. Opening new windows causes lots of clutter. New tabs would be better. What OpenTerminalHere (OTH) lacks and where Go2Shell could improve on is:
- When Terminal.app is open: open new tab with path
- When Terminal.app is not open: open path in first tab of first window (OTH opens Terminal.app and opens a second tab with path)

Handy while developing

Navigate to a folder with Finder, then simply use the Go2Shell button to open the terminal in the folder.
It's the inverse of the '$ open .' terminal command that opens Finder in the folder you are inside the terminal application.
I am using this app everyday for years now.

Still works, but needs update

If you still have the .app file somewhere, it works on Catalina, but unfortunately the app needs to be updated to be installable from the appstore
