Refuses correct mailaddress

The mail address I used for rental contains a hyphen.
This app won't let me enter this address.
I had to change my booking address to a different one.
It also claims that my profile is only 40% complete, without telling me what is missing. What on earth do you want to know more about me?
The only information I like to enter - my booking - I can't enter.
