2. 線上審核及檢閱所屬部門人員提出的解密申請/離線申請或使用USB 的申請
3. 逾時自動鎖定的功能，需要經過生物辨識才能解鎖，避免裝置被取得時機密文件遭開啟的風險
4. 由中央管理中心控制，一旦裝置遺失後，可以直接在中心端停用該裝置存取加密文件的權限
