SHAPE RECOGNITION
The shapes you draw are automatically closed and straightened, all basic shapes are instantly recognized. The lines you draw between shapes are automatically turned into connections thanks to our shape recognition magic.

STENCILS
Some diagrams require more advanced objects. Grafio provides thousands of shapes that you can easily drag in from the library. In addition, you can embed images from your Camera Roll into shapes and connect them to your other shapes.

AUDIO RECORDINGS

Nice app but requires a steady hand for making rectangles

wanted an app for quickly making diagrams with the pencil. works intuitively but my drawing is not steady enough to get rectangles (the shapes mostly snap to some weird curly version of a rectangle)

Thanks for the review! Shape recognition takes a little practice to produce perfect results. Are you drawing with your finger or a pencil?

Items do not show up correctly

When selecting items and placing them on canvas, some parts disappear. Scaling is buggy.

Buggy and unnecessarily limited

The undo functionality doesn’t work on every action/change and occasionally stops working altogether.

Auto canvas size only extends down and to the right, if you drag anything beyond the top of left canvas boundaries it simply becomes invisible.

Organizing line connections is very limited and inconsistent. You can’t manually move a connection point to the other side of a shape, only by rearranging the shapes themselves, or by changing the line type (in some situations). Sometimes simply trying to get a line connection to run horizontally between shapes flips the line label upside down. And when you select multiple connected shapes and resize or move them, line connections occasionally randomly reset to their original path.

No groups within groups. So any mildly complex shape (including many stock shapes) or cluster has to be ungrouped, reselected and then grouped again constantly. Often resulting in individual elements of shapes accidentally getting pulled apart.
