This version includes 2 key updates:

1) We’ve fixed the issue where temperature units weren’t stored in the device and required that you set-them-up each time. From now on, once you set the temperature units in the app, your PRO Plus will display it properly in every session.

2) We’ve fixed the graphs in order to load… and fast!

Techsupport improved a lot 👍🏻

Have been using my grilleye for a year. Loads of fun with It. Recently had issues of notifications not arriving or really late. Had some e-mail support and ended up in a video meeting as proposed by Grilleye support. Very friendly and issue resolved within that meeting.

Lacking updates

There are some minor bugs but it seems that the software is not maintained anymore

Zojuist een online hulp sessie achter de rug met support medewerker Chris. Samen wat stappen doorlopen en het euvel gevonden.
Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder erg tevreden over de GrillEye Pro
