Two times in 2 years crashed at level 26

I play the game on I-pad 12 pro
For the second time the game crashed
I want to start the game and by 50% the game stops , I can't come into the game
after 2 years I had reached level 26 and now the game stopped and I can't continue playing this game

Amazing game!

This is an amazing game! I love it how there are so many features and options to customise your ships, but I have one problem, why is headquarters 25 so expensive?

Game crashes all the time

I’ve been playing the game for a few years now, and so many players experience the same… the game just keeps crashing. For a period it was only occasionally during in game events like asg, worldboss and blitz. But it keeps getting worse. And I’m not the only one that experience this. In fact, in my alliance there is not a person that has no problems.. They all have the same problem. But the developers just keep pointing to the players to clear cache, check their internet, re-install the game..
The only reason I haven’t stopped playing yet is the contact I made with other players. It’s a nice game, but the game crashes make it hard to play. Especially because of the crashes during events.
