Worst ticketing app ever used

It’s the crappiest system I’ve ever seen. It makes it so hard to sell tickets. Once published there is no way to see the other tickets on the market. I understand the whole protection against fraud etc but this is more hassle than the actual problem that you’re trying to solve.

When you put your tickets up for sale, you will see a private link to your tickets on our resale market. If you click that link, you will see your tickets on top, and down below the other tickets that are up for sale in the resale market.

Very safe but not user friendly

This ticketing platform is great for the security of the tickets, but it’s horrible if your plans change and you can’t go to an event anymore. Doesn’t allow sales on ticket swap, very hard to find their “own” marketplace.

Buyers can find the resell market via the original shop, if one of the tickets the organisation is offering, is sold out. As a seller, you can share the link to your tickets on our resell market.

Not user centric

You didn’t think carefully about the user. It’s super difficult to share tickets or sell this to an unknown person!! Why can’t you sell one ticket to one individual which you already know? Why can’t you share 1 ticket with 1 friend? Really don’t get why you need to share all your tickets?
