It works with many specific smart scales which can measure your weight, body fat percentage and other body compositions. After the scale and App are connected, all the metrics will be synced and shown on the App automatically. By collecting your data day by day, the App will give you the trend to help you to better understand the change of your body composition during the period and achieve your fitness goal.
