Description
Has your health care provider invited you to the Heart for Health app? With this app you can easily engage with your health, from the comfort of your home. Measurements that you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider so they can monitor your health remotely.
The Heart for Health app offers the following
Safe log in
Each time you log in, we will send you a verification code via SMS, we do this to keep your account safe.
Sending measurements to your care provider
You can manually submit a measurement or use one of the connected devices to do so. Ask your care provider which devices are available to you. The measurements you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider. You can also view your current and past measurements within the app.
Notifications and reminders
You will receive a message within the app when it’s time to perform a measurement.

Waken over je gezondheid
Genetisch gevangen door hoge bloeddruk en Met medicijnen in goede banen geleid. Wekelijkse meting bevestigt deze ontwikkeling. Op afstand wordt ik gevolgd. Door gehaasters vallen de metingen wel eens hoger uit en duurt het lang voor de gewenste resultaten in beeld komen. Ik ga ermee door
Mis een hoop
Opzich is de app goed.
Echter mis ik de opties om bloeddruk in te voeren zoals in de Kardia app wel kon.
Ook het toevoegen van de gemoedstoestand mis ik.
Bij het schrijven van opmerkingen zodra de return/enter toets van het toetsenbord word aan getikt om naar een volgende regel te gaan word met een de meting verzonden.
Dan heeft de verzend toets beneden aan dus geen zin.
Telemonitoring
Deze app ondersteunt mij om mijn bloeddruk in de gaten te houden zonder te veel bezoeken aan het ziekenhuis!
