This is an ongoing pilot program, not the main Hertz platform. only avaliable for people wanting to drive for Uber.
App UX is not well worked out
As a regular Hertz user trying to be more environmentally friendly in my trips, I was excited to try this new service but badly disappointed right from the beginning. It took me long time trying to put in my personal info to register, yet I failed and gave up. Won’t be using it until it is properly updated. Examples of issues I am having: I made a selfie as asked in the app. But, picture was not well framed, so I made a new one (many times), yet app keeps giving the preview of the first picture, not the new one(s). When I start entering my address, app gives auto complete options, which is nice. However, once you select one of those options and want to edit, for example to enter your house number, it gets messy. You enter the number, press proceed, once it is done, you still see the auto complete address there without your edit.
