HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.
• Account overviews – Check balances, view transaction histories, download e-statements.
• Fund Transfers – Send money via QR Code, recipients’ account number, mobile number or other IDs.
• Bill Payments – Pay up to five billers within a single transaction.
• Fixed Deposits – Place or withdraw Fixed Deposits using funds from your account with HLB or other banks.
• Credit Card Services – Instant reporting of lost/ stolen card or fraud, instant approval of temporary increase in credit limit, request for card replacement, Balance Transfer, Flexi Payment Plan, Quick Cash and more.
• Prepaid reload and cardless Connect ATM withdrawal.
• Manage Debit Card settings, daily transaction limits and more.
