Bought content not available

I bought a study program and they offered me to download this app. It first asks for personal information, then it shows the content I bought and then it says the content is not available for download. I want my data permanently deleted from your systems!!

No way to access Hotmart if your account is blokjes

Poor customer service and the chatbot gives an error and said sorry something wrong happened try again later! I’ve been busy trying and trying no decent customer service! Hate it!
