Laatste update van 29-9-2019
Mijn laatste automatische update van de sprocket...!! Daar ben ik dus niet zo blij mee, want de software herkent de sprocket nu niet meer. Met als gevolg dat ik geen foto’s meer kan afdrukken! Waarschuwing voor andere gebruikers met het oudere model, doe geen update. Ondertussen is de app bijgewerkt door de ontwikkelaar en doet mijn sprocket het gelukkig weer! Dank voor de snelle hulp! Ik hoop allen.....dat dit niet bij iedere update gaat gebeuren.

Hallo, het spijt ons te weten over uw slechte ervaring met het aansluiten op uw kettingwielprinter. Probeer het volgende:
1. Update naar de nieuwste app-release.
2. Als u nog steeds problemen ondervindt bij het verbinden met uw printer, verwijdert u de HP sprocket-app en installeert u deze opnieuw.
We willen ervoor zorgen dat uw probleem is opgelost. Laat het ons weten als dit heeft geholpen.
Het print niet
Ik heb een hele middag geprobeerd en elke keer word er gezegd de wacht rij is onder broken. Maar ik heb maar 1 foto in de wachtrij staan. En nu heb ik de app ook opnieuw geïnstalleerd maar het doet het nog steeds niet. Heeft iemand een oplossing?
