Description
HRBluSky application is an HR Cloud platform intended to reduce the manpower involved in HR management and to allow all the Employees, administrators, HR service providers to securely access the data by bringing all the critical HR functionality and all the HR services in a single platform, HRBluSky also offers Face Recognition Attendance System on Self- service and Fixed device with Geo-fence and IP.

Steps:
1. Install the application.
2. Signup (By default provided with Essential Plan which is always free for 10 users.)
3. Record the company details and employee details.
4. Set the organization’s hierarchy and define the approval levels
5. Assign Attendance mode for all the employees
6. Track and approve Leave, Claim, Loan, and Attendance
7. Run monthly payroll and generate payslip

Version 6.9.1
1. You can settle claims via the bank, cash, and payroll on a weekly or monthly schedule.
2. The approver and the employee will receive a notification if any of the employee's attendance records are awaiting admin approval and when that attendance is approved
3. The user can now choose to either automate unpaid leave for a late or absent employee or raise a request to decide later
4. The user can now decide which type of leave should be deducted in case of any attendance discrepancies
