Using YouServe app
- Your employer should be customer of YouServe
- Payslip only customers can view payslips
- HR Self Service customers can use the other functions when enabled.
- Logon using single sign-on provided by your employer.
- Languages: Dutch, English, German and French (active language will be the same as device's language).
Functionalities
For all functionalities: visible when made available via your employer.
-Office Travel
Get your home working and office travel compensation done with a few clicks. You will be able to simply register your days you worked from home and from the office. After submission at the end of the month the compensation will be calculated and will be paid out with your next months' salary.
-Leave
View your leave requests, the details of your leave balance and request leave.
Note: changing or withdrawing your leave requests will be added at a later stage and needs to be done via HR Self Service.
-Expense claims
Claim your expenses in euros and add an attachment. The app supports images from camera and album and pdf documents from your files. View your expense claims and the processing status.

-Payslips
View your payslips and annual statement of the current and previous year. Download and share your payslips.
-Profile
You can view your basic details like function, username, contact details & department.
- Changing personal information

Frustrerende app. Geen update beschikbaar, maar de app geeft aan dat hij geupdate moet worden.

Dankjewel voor je feedback, dit was inderdaad een stomme actie veroorzaakt door een verstoring aan onze kant. Inmiddels zou de app fatsoenlijk geupdate moeten kunnen worden en weer bruikbaar zijn. Mijn welgemeende excuses. ^JG
Solved: Missing office travel
Edit: The developer reached out and informed me that they had just deployed an update. After restarting my phone, all is in order and working again! I’ve never had such a quick response and resolution from a developer before!
Original: Changed phone to iPhone 15 Pro and the app no longer shows office travel. Inside the app itself it says I have iPhone 16,1. I tried phoning support but they were unable to assist.

Hello Willsza, thanks for your feedback! I really would like to find a way to reach out to you to help. Given your experience right now I am even surprised you give us a three star rating. It looks like the behavior was caused by a bug, yesterday we pushed a hotfix with version 7.1.3 to the app store and this should fix your issue. It could be you need to close the app, remove from the background (NOT from your phone) and reopen it again to refresh the permissions. ^JG
