Neither Microsoft Outlook 2011, 2016, 2019, 2021, nor 365 for Mac offer creation of email signatures from HTML. Only a rich-text editing box is provided, without the ability for more customization.

HTML Email Signature - Outlook enhances these capabilities by allowing customized creation of email signatures from HTML. Simply type in a name for your signature, add your HTML, and your signature is created! A button to preview the HTML is also available.

** READ BEFORE PURCHASING **

- Valid HTML must be provided. This is not a design utility. Issues with formatting and/or appearance of the final signature are directly tied to the HTML code.

- An installed version of Microsoft Outlook (2011, 2016, 2019, 2021, 365) is required for this application to function.

Fantastic app

Works flawless. The great benefit of this app is, that it allows you to use your own, unchanged HTML signature code for Outlook. (Normally, Outlook changes the code (e.g. links) after adding the HTML to your signature. Also, Microsoft doesn't allow you to edit and save the signature file.)

This way, I can use a link for a banner file in the cloud (e.g. customized dropbox-link). After updating the banner file, the banner in the signature is automatically updated. So, no need of a 3rd party monthly signature subscription.

It's also usefull for companies with more employees running email campaigns.

Did not offer the solution i was hoping for.

Lets start by saying office 2016 is horrible with html-signatures. I was hoping this app could do some magic because you can input HTML code.. Unfortunately it just gave the same results as pasting rendered html from a browser intro the outlook-signature field.

A few help articles are provided below to answer your questions and provide guidance on the issues you face. Designing HTML to be compliant with all email clients can be a challenge and is a technical specialty. The app can only import the HTML you provide. The 'Preview' function is just to show you what it may look like, but ultimately, how the HTML is parsed is decided by MS Outlook. Works poorly

Just threw €2 away. Managed to create a nice signature and the preview worked. However, when I want to open it into my mail, the formating is not like in the preview. Awful app.
