Poorly trained staff
Most delivery drivers don’t know how to read the address properly. They often call although the address is very clear. One complained it’s in English and they don’t read English. I made it in Arabic, then another one complained they don’t read Arabic!
I made it in both and they still call to ask about the address!
Last order was supposed to be 40 minutes. It took an hour and half, and when I complained, customer support said they will call to speed it up. It arrived cold and with wrong items!
Such a waste that good product gets ruined with poor staffing

كثير اوقات يكون عندي فلوس بس مو كاش و ابغا ادفع شبكة بس عند التوصيل ومافي عندكم هذه الخدمة لو صلحتوها و خليتو في دفع بالشبكة عند التوصيل حتكسبوا اكثر
و كييييف دحيم ما صار فيه دفع كاششش؟؟؟؟؟؟!
