Melding
Bij mij blijft de app maar aangeven dat er een melding is. Maar er is helemaal geen melding alleen het 1tje blijft staan. Heel irritant
Hij werkt niet je kunt onmogelijk je gespaarde punten besteden wat je ook doet waardeloos dus.
De website is opzich mooi en goed te gebruiken. Totdat je gespaarde of waardebonnen in wil wisselen dat blijkt onmogelijk. Heel vervelend want in de winkel hebben ze nog niet de helft van de website wel zijn ze daar zeer vriendelijk en helpen ze waar ze kunnen. Maar met korting kopen via de website blijkt dus onmogelijk. Doe er wat aan !!!!
Opgelicht?
Ik heb nu al een week geleden een bestelling gedaan en kreeg een foutmelding na het betalen, maar het was wel gewoon afgeschreven. Ik heb nu geen bestelnummer en ook nergens een bevestiging. Vervolgens wil ik al een week contact opnemen en dat is gewoon niet mogelijk omdat er nooit een mederwerker is en de mail is 'te vol'. Ik wil graag gewoon reactie met of ik mijn bestelling nog kan krijgen of dat ik mijn geld terug kan krijgen. Heel slecht geregeld...
