Just open the session you would like to share and click the "share" button on top of the screen.

Excellent!

I am very impressed by the effectiveness of the Hypnobox app. I had no earlier experience with any form of hypnosis but the app has successfully helped me achieve a deep state of relaxation and the suggestions seem to work on a subtle but noticeable level. Keep up the good works, looking forward to any new inductions/deepenings/suggestions that might come out- particularly as I feel it is important to be able to switch to new variants every now and then in order to stay attuned enough. Great app, with one flaw

I use this app on an iPad. The app is almost exactly what I want; I find it very effective. The induction and deepening get me into a deep trance every time, and I've always thought I am not so hypnotizable. There is a wide choice of pre-programmed sessions, including one for lucid dreaming, but you can also create your own. You can choose between a male or female voice. I find both very pleasant and hypnotic. The only downer is that, when creating my own sessions, I can't import my own suggestion mp3s from the iPad file system. I'm forced to use Apple Music, but there's no way on an iPad for me to import into that either. The app's own recording option works well but there's no way you can edit out extraneous noises, which is a bummer. If it wasn't for that, I would give the app 5 stars.
