Not the best

I’ve been trying to find apps that can change icons without subscribtion. Even though this is one that can do that. He won’t show all the apps you have on your phone. I want to change my camera icon but it doesn’t even show up. Can you guys fix this? It would help me a lot if all apps showed up.
