This isn’t free

As you see it says this app is free I watched the add and thought it was pretty cool but then I saw the other reviews I red them it says the same thing that i’m saying in the title but than the app replied back in their reviews and said that they would fix it or something... they didn’t the first thing they asked for is damn money mostly teenagers would like to have these kinda apps you have to be spoiled if you’re getting this app life is damn unfair enough so don’t make it more unfair than it already is

The wallpaper isnt moving on iphone SE, not even when I followed the instructions
