Nice for practicing

Really nice app, but could do with a little more explanation of each diagnosis and why to use each test. However, what really bothers me is that they keep adding these nice new specializations, only to remove the older ones! Why not keep them? That way it would be even more useful for med-students who want to practice the exact topic for their exams or rotations in a particular specialty... That, for me, would upthe score from 3 to 5 stars, just because it would make the app so much more useful...
