Ok, missing some depth

I would like to have some more functionalities like the web version

Poor execution of excellent web version

Very poor execution of the so feature rich web version of intercom. Shame on you, this is way below average what you can expect from a company as Intercom.

No notifications on iPhone.

The app is not giving any notifications on my iPhone. Unbelievable for an app that should help you with your customer support and satisfaction…
