Great app for AppleTV not for iPhone
The app for the AppleTV is just amazing one Time payment and it always works! Unfortunately for iPhone you have to pay again for a subscription.
No Channels
Nice and good looking app, but unfortunately all live channels are placed in ‘Movies’.

I like this app (iPlayTV) for the AppleTV, which I bought with a one time payment. And when the developer decided to build a app for iPhone/iPad, I was happy. But…. Also this developer started with a subscription model 😪 why?
The app is working well. EPG is vertical only. I prefer horizontal because you get much more information about more channels. Less scrolling.
Unfortunately this developer didn’t followed the (his) AppleTV layout, so the entrance page isn’t fancy as on the AppleTV. For the iPhone it’s good like it is now, for iPad it could be more like on the AppleTV.
Your IPTV subscription(s) is (are) loading in the background, which is a big plus compared to the iPlayTV AppleTV app. Which this can be done on the AppleTV as well.
When you hide unwanted content (groups/countries), they always come back when you refresh your subscription(s) when there is new content available within those hided groups/countries. So you need them to hide over and over after every refresh. (You can turn off refresh option, but you won’t get new content download then! So this isn’t a solution).
