I hardly use presets, but building my own is working fine.
Worthless
This app hardly adds to the functionality. Apart from that, my X3 headphones are bust, no repair possible so I can just toss them away. This was first and last experience with Jaybird.
Never connects and drains battery
Since I got Jaybirds a year ago they constantly have trouble connecting with Bluetooth devices and the app almost never connects. Got a new phone and now the app consumes 70+% of my battery with background activity, so just had to completely delete it.
Overall pretty low-rate experience and would definitely not get another pair in the future
