Your banking experience with Joompay will be simple and straight to the point. We focus on limited key features that we do very very well. Our application is minimalistic, fast and absolutely free to us. We do not have a signup fee, inactivity fee or any monthly fees.

A free bank account !

Free bank account from Luxemburg. Onboarding rook 5 minutes. Works with Google and Apple Pay. Semi-debet and credit transfers working Instant Payment within 15 minutes (instead < 10 seconds) completed from Mondays thru Fridays. Top up possible by other creditcard. Smooth working app with notification of Card payments. Looks like a real competitor towards other Neo banks. Only downside is there is no 100.000€ deposit bank guarantee.

Verification process takes way too long

The employees are hired to have drinks and party but not work. It says it can takenup to 24hours to verify lol. Whats hard about checking id pictures. Anyways im at 27 hours waiting point and still no verification.
