Location services
To save power we use the "significant change" location service which will update the app occasionally when you are on the move. Opt-in to give the app access to your location. To use this service we are required to ask for the "Always"-permission. We do not send your location to our servers.

- We have made it easier to see the backup status in the app. Tap the icon in the home page header or the status on top of your photo library to see the backup status and the files currently uploading, if any.
- We have given our home page and Files section some updated design. It might feel a bit different at first, but it should still feel like home :)
- We have fixed some more bugs reported by users, so if you find any we have missed, let us know!

Altijd bereikbaar

Jottacloud is een uitstekende cloud omgeving. Ik gebruik het nu al enkele jaren en tot volle tevredenheid. Nooit geen problemen ondervonden met het uploaden of downloaden en de storage groeit nog elke dag. Het zou fantastisch zijn dat je dubbele foto’s in de cloud omgeving middels een app zou kunnen ontdubbelen. Ik kan Jottacloud van harte aanbevelen.

Prima met een uitroep teken!

Toch aantekening! Upload en download mochten wel was sneller gaan, te traag. Je kan dus ook oude foto’s en video op de lijve schijf zetten, maar dan helaas geeft hij de datum onjuist aan in de tijdlijn . Graag een optie of aanpassing in de software dat je zelf handmatig de datum en jaartal kan aan passen! Zou een grote winst zijn voor dit pakket, je betaald er al veel voor per jaar Dhr. K Post Emmeloord NL Moet echt wel wat gebeuren met de upload snelheid deze is traag, als je zoveel geld betaald wil je toch wel wat beters hebben!

foto's van iphone backuppen heeft problemen

als ik mijn foto's van mijn iphone wil backuppen lukt dat maar deels , telkens stopt de backup en moet ik in de app de backupvink uit en aanzetten wil het weer werken - hooguit een 100 tal foto's per keer.
