Excellent

Only had this a day and am already reaping the benefits. Simple, intuitive and the right kind of exercises (in style and length) to be a space for personal growth in a mad world.

Not worth a subscription

This app does what a lot of mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy apps do, in a very simple and concise form. Its elegant, but also oversimplified to a fault. No background info on stoicism, only a brief intro into meditation without any guidance or suggestion of how long to meditate, and you’re left to your own devices to make something out of the things you write down. The app is a helper, nothing more. To me, this is not worth a monthly subscription, especially because there is no regular addition of new content. A one time purchase would be more appropriate, and I’m not speaking of the ridiculous ‘lifetime’ cost of €104. If you compare this to say Headspace, the latter gives you so much more for your money.
