No sound at full screen

Even on downloaded videos no sound at full screen. Until then 1 star rating.
Great courses but crappy app!
The content that is offered is great and of good quality. Unfortunately the app isn’t. It is constantly crashing on my iPhone X and after it crashes it refuses to open. Only solution is to delete the app completely and reinstall it from the App Store.
Please people at Kelby One, this is doing poorly. Please fix this crashing issue!
On iPhone 6s and 7 it does not play
I realy hoped I could watch the courses mobile but the app does not play anything on my 6s. Bought a 7 and it plays better but crashes a lot and often It does not play at all. Title and black screen.
Now must look at pc what I don't want!
Sorry to say but I am glad I did not buy to total package.
