Never again
Utterly disastrous experience. My flight on July 7 from Amsterdam to Milan was delayed by over 3 hours, forcing me to cancel my entire vacation. I lost 700 € on flights alone, and Kiwi insultingly offered me a meager 14 € refund 🤡 🤡 🤡.
Sayli Athari from customer service was utterly useless, constantly interrupting me on the phone.
Avoid Kiwi at all costs – it's a living nightmare.
I can't fathom how such companies are still allowed to operate legally, blatantly violating consumer protection laws.
And to top it off, when I requested not to record the call, Sayli Athari informed me that all calls are recorded with no option to opt-out, a clear GDPR violation.

LET OP!!
Als je je refund als credit voor kiwi terug krijgt om wat voor reden dan ook. Kan je dit niet uitgeven aan een Ryan air vlucht en ook niet terug op je rekening storten. Moest zo 200 euro extra betalen voor een slechtere vlucht….
