Constant opnieuw inloggen
Bij elke update van de app moet ik steeds opnieuw inloggen, is het mogelijk om te zorgen dat mensen gewoon direct weer kennen inloggen ipv weer steeds met een email verificatie inloggen ?
Overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk

Ideal betaling nog steeds onmogelijk
Volgens de respons van de ontwikkelaar is de review die ik hier eerder geplaatst heb ‘onjuist’.
Mijn ervaring blijft hetzelfde. Ik verzin het niet. En daarom is mijn review wel juist.
Ik selecteer iDeal in de app van Klarna en word doorverwezen naar een pagina van waar mij gevraagd wordt mijn banknummer in te vullen. Vervolgens krijg ik 5 keer een mail van Klarna met de mededeling dat er geld van mijn rekening gaat worden afgeschreven. 5 mails voor 1 betaling
Advies in de respons was contact op te nemen met de klantenservice. Gedaan. Volgens de klantenservice moest ik maar contact opnemen met mijn bank. En via de app de automatische incasso stop zetten. Iets dat volgens de klantenservice kon, maar niet ‘juist’ was. Aangezien de betaling nog in behandeling was. Inmiddels is het geld afgeschreven en staat er nog één betaling open. Ik zal voor deze betaling de app niet gebruiken maar de link in de mail in de hoop dat ik dan wel via iDeal kan betalen.
Ik blijf bij mijn review. Via de app van Klarna kan er op mijn telefoon niet via iDeal betaald worden. De iDeal knop verwijst naar een pagina waar je wordt gevraagd je banknummer in te vullen. Vervolgens bleek dat ik geen gebruik maakte van iDeal maar zonder dat ik het wist toestemming geeft voor een automatische incasso. Daar werd ik door die 5 mails ik gewezen.
Impliceren dat ik onjuiste informatie verstrekt vind ik erg vervelend van de ontwikkelaar. Mensen hebben het recht om te weten dat er ergens een flinke bug in jullie app zit en dat mensen zonder het te weten een automatische incasso autoriseren terwijl ze denken met iDeal te betalen.
Ik zou het op prijs stellen dat deze bug wordt opgelost in plaats van te impliceren dat ik lieg.

Je kunt zeker een directe betaling via IDeal uitvoeren in de Klarna app.
