Korean Air My 4+

I can’t add the trip in the app under the my trip option.
I tried to add it with the booking reference and it doesn’t do anything.
I tried to scan my ticket but the app refuses to scan it.

Strangely the website works just fine, but what is the point of an app that doesn’t work?

I missed my flight even though I arrived at the airport 2.5 hours early. Why? Because Korean Air changed their flight time and kept showing the old departure time on my auto-generated calendar, e-ticket, my account, and just everywhere. What’s the point of having an app installed if I don’t get this kind of information from it???

Crappiest app ever! Old app was much better what a waste of time and money making new app
