Description
The KOVnet Ouderapp offers your childcare the following:
In the notebook, the leaders regularly write messages about your child's day and you can do it yourself - leave a comment. Some shelter locations also take nice photos that you can view here and of course you can download. If your location uses the notebook, you have the option to download the notebook.
Via the app you can request a change if you want to exchange a day or request an extra day or a day off. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the response directly in the app.
If your child is ill, or if something else intervenes that prevents you from bringing your child to daycare, you can easily deregister your child.
All invoices and annual overviews and newsletters can be found here and can be viewed and downloaded immediately.
Your childcare can also use a chat function so that you as a parent can chat 1 on 1 with the group.

App is geüpdatet maar vraagt update
Ik heb net de laatste versie van de app gedownload, maar iedere keer als ik opstart, krijg ik een pop-up dat ik de app moet updaten. Ik in vervolgens niet verder. Ik heb de app ook verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, maar het probleem blijft zich voordoen.

Bij inloggen melding dat locatie mobiele app niet heeft geactiveerd
Bij het inloggen krijg ik de melding “locatie heeft de functie mobiele app niet geactiveerd”.
Enig idee hoe hier mee om te gaan?

Uw kinderopvang heeft er dan voor gekozen om de app niet of nog niet te gebruiken.
De ouders van de kinderopvang kunnen op dat moment niet inloggen in de app.
U kunt het beste hiervoor contact opnemen met uw kinderopvang.
