• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.

• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.

• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.

• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.

• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Don’t trust the prices

I gave one bag of 4.2 kgs of clothes, next day they charged me extra 27 euros, saying it was over 6 kilos without even warning. I told the picker I scaled he checked it and said it feels like 3-4 kilos when he was picking.

Do not use - horrible service and prone to mistakes

I used laundry heap in Netherlands 3 times and they screwed up my ordered each time.
1) I sent one load under 6kgs and was invoiced for 2. After some arguements, they fixed the bill.
2) I sent 1 load and 1 jacket for dry clean, they lost the jacket. I got it back after 3 days
3) I sent one load and 1 shirt to iron with clear instructions of which is which. The order I selected showed the correct amount, but they invoiced me double and ironed all the clothes. I raised the issue to them and they refused to refund.

Really terrible business, prone to mistakes and don’t take accountability. Do not use

I have already updated the invoice to reflect charges for 1 mixed wash load and 1 shirt for wash & iron. The difference will be refunded to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
