Geluid doet het niet
Nadat mijn zoon een paar keer heeft gespeeld werkt het geluid niet meer van het spel op mijn iphone. Het zelfde spel werkt wel op het iPhone van mijn vrouw.

Vervelend om te horen dat u problemen ondervindt met onze app. Normaal gesproken zijn problemen met geluid te wijten aan het feit dat de mute-schakelaar op het apparaat is ingeschakeld. Dit kan een beetje verwarrend zijn omdat niet alle apps de mute-knop gehoorzamen, maar de onze wel, dus terwijl u andere apps kunt horen, zou u de onze niet kunnen horen. Het enige dat u hoeft te doen, is de mute-schakelaar aan de zijkant van uw tablet of smartphone om te zetten. Zodra u het omschakelt, hoort u weer geluid. Als er geen mute-knop is, schuif dan omhoog in het menu vanaf de onderkant van het iPad-scherm om het mute-knoppictogram te vinden. Als je nog steeds geen geluid hoort, probeer dan het volgende: Ga naar Instellingen > Algemeen. Zorg ervoor dat onder "Gebruik zijschakelaar naar" de optie "Dempen" is geselecteerd en niet de knop "Rotatie vergrendelen". Zorg er dan voor dat de instelling Vergrendelen / Ontgrendelen is ingeschakeld (om te ontgrendelen). Mogelijk moet u daarna uw apparaat opnieuw opstarten. Als dit niet werkt, laat ons dan het merk, model en besturingssysteem van je apparaat weten op support@storytoys.com en we zullen het voor je onderzoeken.
