Does what it should do
Coming from the fuji app, this is a fresh breath of air.
Importing RAW over wifi and then importing into lightroom works great. No cables or SD card reader needed. A bit more review/sorting options would be nice, but are nice to haves (no must haves). I don't use the live view feature, so can’t judge that.

Het is onduidelijk of deze app ook met een Apple iphone 3 werkt.
Kan de ontwikkelaar daar duidelijkheid over verschaffen?

Bedankt voor uw feedback. De Leica PHOTOS app is compatibel met Apple telefoons vanaf iPhone 6S (iOS 14.5) en hoger. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
Als het werkt dan is dit goed in orde.
Your FOTOS app is up to date version 3.3.1 (see red marked below) , it may have been updated automatically.
Please use your file browser to check if there are any non-Leica images in your Leica Photos folder. If so, please move them to a different folder.
Please make sure the memory card has been formatted in the camera you are using and not in another camera or computer.
In iOS16 there is a toggle switch that allows the app local network connections which may be set to “OFF”.
Please check if this is the case with your phone and set it to ON. (see attached picture).
If your local network for the Leica Fotos App is set to “on”, and the problem persists, please follow these steps:
Please delete your camera in Leica FOTOS , and then restart your smartphone (important) .
Then pair the devices again via Leica FOTOS.
If this does not resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
Please check the settings for the FOTOS app in your smartphone to see whether the required permissions have been granted. Also, for this test, deactivate settings such as mobile data or VPN.
A full SD-card can cause delays or even a time-out in the connection process.
Please test the connection procedure with an SD card with only a few pictures on it, or even without a card.
If the connection problems persist, please send us a message via Leica FOTOS (Gear Icon) / Contact Customer Support directly after the error has occurred, so the log files will be sent to us.
