Loomy (betaalde versie) werkt niet meer!

Na aanvankelijk veel plezier met deze app, waarmee ik een abonnement heb afgesloten en dus betaal, functioneert hij niet meer. Geen communicatie met de app mogelijk. Hopelijk naar aanleiding van deze negatieve recensie een reactie (met als doel een werkende Loomy, want als die hij doet, is die leuk).

Goededag! Het spijt ons zeer dat u met dergelijke problemen wordt geconfronteerd🙏 Probeer de app te verwijderen en opnieuw te installeren. Als het probleem niet is opgelost, schrijf ons dan rechtstreeks op Instagram @loomy.app zodat we alle details kunnen achterhalen en je kunnen helpen❤️
