AVOID! More than one month ago i ordered shoes from this page (21.06.2023). Today is July 31. I received shoes with some little factory defects, for me was eye catchy, looked not nice plus was not full complectation, probably they send me returns, I was calling, writing emails, writing trough instagram and finally after more then one month, last week finally I received exchange and guess what I received even worst, numbers of shoes not in the middle and even more visible flaw. I had to have this shoes this week max, now I’m calling, writing again (by email and IG they even didn’t answered anymore) and when i reach they giving empty promises that they will mark as a urgent, next customer service dropping phone and later saying I don’t know when other department will check, they will check, just we don’t know when, When i asked for a number who to contact from this departMent, she also don’t know. Idk my plans and everything is ruined, idk where I will get that fast new shoes, new clothes for weddings. My tip for you if you have important events and even if you ordering one or two months before , just not from here, you don’t need problems… And if you think aa bad reviews, still a lot positive, I can say that I also thought will be good, but its wasn’t, believe me you don’t want sit more than one month trying reach them, waiting till they will answer, save your time and order from somewhere else, learn from my mistake. Don’t ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!

I had a hope till wedding get shoes, but again 2 days any answer, this problem could be solved very fast if people who work there would really like to help, when I called was only one person on phone who really wanted to help and made things move, rest i dont know what they r doing in customer service… So yeah I will repeat myself Dont order from MatchesFashion, because you will get returned, defected items and maybe even not original. Pity I cant add pictures, but never saw Balenciaga shoes like this… First shoes was with slightly defects and not full complectation, I asked for exchange it took one than one month of communication (imagine how much time I spend calling, texting, trying reach them), and what I received was worst then previous shoes… Looked like its even not original… Sewing of numbers was not in the same height and as well one number was sawn more to one side, on another shoe was good (how suppose to be just on one shoe). For exchanged shoe I even didnt received return sticker, almost two weeks, everyday calling and writing trough all channels to get return label. Celebration is ruined, they will transfer money back in 10 days from time when they will receive shoes, I even will not have a possibility order from somewhere else, I asked about sending pictures of pair of shoes/both of shoes not one shoe like last time (now i understand why they send only one shoe pictures) no answer till now… Everything is ruined, because of this shop I have extra stress find new pair of comfortable shoes (in very short time) that will fit near dress and outfits for a wedding, I go to wedding to another country, maybe it looks not serious, but when you are after pregnancy and have problem with leg its pretty hard to find something nice and that it will look good on you… So now I have few days for everything what it took months for me, I really dont know what to do… This shop ruined very important event for me. AVOOID!

If I tought that I had the worst shopping experience earlier, I was thinking wrong. This one cant even compete with others because its 1000 times worst than anything could happend. Its one more update, so at the end they answered that all shoes what they have have same defects, but ofc when i ask pictures nobody sending to me, only apologising for late answers because of high volume of people, Im not surprised, if they sale defected shoes and items. All bad reviews what I read is true all hapend to me, pity I didnt listen them earlier. So weddings ruined for me, Im even thinking not to go mm, I spend a lot of money for everything, I was idiot that I still after everything had hope that somebody from Matches will help me, but there working people who dont care about people, only feeding you lies and trying win more time. I was working bymyself with a lot of brands in logistics, NAKD, Calvin Klein, Apple, Suit Supply and many others, I know how everything works and I dont think that they fullfilment center is much different, so is one call, one message and normally everything is done and fixed, I dont think so that somebody even called. Plius I asked for express delivery I said that I will pay extra, they answer was that is not possible, they cant do this. I reminding that I placed order at 21 or 24 of Jun and now is August 9 I think they suppose to suggest express delivery from their side for caused problems and delays. So thats the end of my story, I hope it will help you. And If you have important ocassions DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, because all your money spended on outfits and stuff will be trown away and at the end you will not have your item at time when you need.
