When you completed a Management Drives questionnaire you are able to get access to your profile and connect to others who also have a MD profile.
Management Drives improves your self-knowledge and leadership by knowing your drives. You will work more effectively, both by yourself and with others. You will get a better understanding of your own drives. You will improve your cooperation by connecting to others and by knowing and appreciating their drives. Leadership starts with the personal leadership of each individual and knowledge of drives is essential. Good leadership gets the best out of their people and environment.
Whether it comes to personal leadership, team management or influencing the culture of an entire organisation, drives are the key to success or failure. As the six drives are easy to understand and use, you immediately get a better grip on culture and performance. An understanding of drives is essential if you wish to develop yourself and want to have an impact on your team and organisation. Management Drives turns insights, which previously seemed “soft” or related to “feelings”, into something concrete.
After measuring over hundreds of thousands people internationally, we have developed a model that works with six drives; each of which can differ in both sequence and strength. In addition, we also distinguish the positive and negative aspects of these drives. This means that a great number of personal profiles and leadership styles are possible, all based on only six drives. You will find out how drives affect your thought, your perception, your behaviour, your leadership style and the culture of your organisation.

Kan handiger
Pdf met profiel bevat info over kleuren die hier niet in zit. App bevat weer uitleg die niet in pdf zit. Aparte pincode (op je eigen telefoon !) super onhandig (werkt ook niet samen met password apps).
Mn oude profiel zit ook in app, kan het delen met anderen maar niet bekijken (?!). Had handiger gekund
QA nodig
Ik heb een aantal bevindingen die ik graag wil delen met de ontwikkelaar. iPhone XR
1 Onboarding onduidelijk, eerst moet je “complete md survey” doen, is onduidelijk. Ik heb steeds gewacht op een e-mail die maar niet kwam.
2 MD survey invoer veld van taal en land pakken pas je selectie als je een ander veld aantikt.
3 Knop betaal met Rabobank bankieren app werkt niet. Wellicht doordat er gebruik gemaakt wordt van html pagina’s en de redirect naar de Rabobank app dan niet werkt(sandbox?) De andere knop werkt dan wel maar de QR code niet.
4 Gebruik van de html pagina's komt de performance niet ten goede, lange laadtijden en koppeling met betaal omgeving is bijzonder druk. De pagina schaalt niet lekker met mijn scherm.
Ik heb de moed opgegeven, als er 275 euro betaald moet worden verwacht ik een iets makkelijkere gebruikers ervaring.
Gebruiksonvriendelijke app
Ik vind deze app zeer gebruiksonvriendelijk. Je kunt een team niet verwijderen, je kunt geen nieuwe leden aan een bestaand team toevoegen, alles wat logisch is, is onmogelijk.
