It’s a scam
Literally every stress measure comes out the same and the stress level measurement is not accurate. The app does not show you where to unsubscribe and the help desk answered one day after the trial which made me pay 66 euros. It’s overly expensive for what the app provides. The guided meditations are very basic and it does not offer anything unique or additional than any other free meditation app
