Great idea, poor implementation

Using version 1.7 of the iphone’s software and 1.2 of the memory mic’s firmware. The combination should work as advertized. And in 80% of the cases it does!
The other 20% makes the usage of the software an unreliable pain in the a?s. It always fails to connect to the wifi!! You have to select the MMxxxx access-point/network by hand.
There is still no integration with Filmic Pro. That was/is advertized by a Sennheiser rep on Youtube.
When the MM runs and the batt life is 0%, it shuts down and the sound-file gets corrupted. The file can be downloaded from the MM but cannot be synced with the video file.
Sometimes the MM refuses to list in the list of Wifi-AP’s and/or the Wifi security-code is not recognized.
I wanted to use the solution for news gathering. Now it stays at home because it is too finickey to use.

Please help! The app is crashing when I open a screen with a video! Is it a workaround ? Is it a fix already? Please help!!
