Description
De Menzis app bevat veel handige functies. U opent de app met vingerprint of via een zelf in te stellen pincode. U kunt declareren door een foto te maken van de nota of een pdf in te sturen. U heeft altijd een overzicht van uw declaraties. Verder vindt u uw verzekeringsgegevens terug in de app en bij vragen neemt u contact op via de app. En omdat we tegenwoordig bijna altijd een telefoon op zak hebben, staat de zorgpas in de app en is deze ook offline beschikbaar.

Prima app. Mis alleen de mogelijkheid om via face-is in te loggen.

App start niet meer op
App start niet meer op. Crashed bij opstarten, startscherm wordt getoond maar daarna verdwijnt deze. Verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, helpt niet.

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. Balen dat de App crasht! Toen je de App verwijderd hebt, heb je toen ook jouw toestel uitgezet en weer aangezet voordat je dit opnieuw installeerde? Dit is namelijk wel een belangrijke stap, het uitzetten van je toestel. Met vriendelijke groet, Carisia Menzis
App could improve.
I know customer service in generally good with Menzies, I have to say the app falls short. It’s not as user friendly as others, I’d like more precise information within my own account to manage. Specifically, with other insurance apps, I can upload invoices directly from my email, so that I do not first have to download them to files, find them, and then upload.
