Purchase failed

I truly enjoy the game, but I just made a purchase because I wanted the Golden Pass. It said to contact you if the purchase didn’t contain what was shown in the ad. I couldn’t find an email address so I figured I’ll try it this way. Unfortunately I didn’t get what was promised. Only got 100 gems instead of the promised 450 and I also didn’t receive all the items that were shown. Can you please fix this
for me?
