With the MijnDSW-app you can take care of everything related to your health insurance with DSW yourself.
After logging in you have direct insight into:
• your insurance
• your healthcare costs and reimbursements
• the status of the insurance excess
• paid and outstanding invoices
• digital mail
In addition, with the app you can easily:
• claim healthcare costs by taking a photo of the invoice or uploading the digital invoice
• pay outstanding invoices with iDEAL
• change your insurance or personal details

Gezichtsherkenning verdwenen?
Sinds de nieuwe update mis ik bij inloggen de optie gezichtsherkenning. Jammer, dat was erg handig! Graag zou ik deze optie terugzien.
Verder prima app.
Aandacht
Deze week DSW gebeld met vraag over second opinion na knieoperatie. Aangezien bij mij de emoties loskwamen reageerde de medewerkster aan de telefoon heel meelevend en kwam zij direct met een idee voor een snelle mogelijkheid voor een consult en wenste zij mij veel sterkte en succes.
Dat ik 2 dagen daarna ook nog een lieve kaart van haar kreeg heeft mij heel erg verrast, maar ook heel goed gedaan.

Ik vind de update geen vooruitgang
Jammer, de laatste update van de normaal gesproken uitstekende DSW app, mbt indienen declaraties echt geen vooruitgang. Je moet nu meer handelingen doen om een declaratie in te dienen 😥
