Ik dacht de app 1 maand te proberen zoals ze zelf schrijven maar ze schrijven doodleuk maandelijks geld van je rekening en ik heb daar nooit toestemming voor gegeven! Als je contact zoekt krijg je geen reactie! Trap er dus niet in zoals ik!!! 😠😡

App doesn’t work

I can’t use the app. After clicking on the first massage task of day 1, the screen freezes. I have to close the whole app to go to the second massage task of day 1. Would love to receive my money back actually!

I recently purchased MIMIKA, a Mental Growth app, with high hopes of it. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been far from satisfactory.

Upon using the app, I quickly realized that it did not deliver on its promises. The features advertised were either non-functional or poorly implemented, making it difficult to accomplish even basic tasks. The user interface was clunky and unintuitive, hindering navigation and usability.

After only one day of use, I decided to request a refund, considering the app's failure to meet my expectations. However, to my dismay, the developers denied my refund request.

This lack of accountability and customer support is deeply disappointing. As a consumer, I expect transparency and fairness in my transactions. When a product fails to deliver as expected, the least I anticipate is the option for a refund, especially within such a short timeframe.

I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when considering purchasing as my experience suggests that the app may not live up to its promises. Additionally, be aware that the developers may not honor refund requests, even if the app fails to meet your expectations within the first day of purchase.

In conclusion, my experience with MIMIKA, has been unsatisfactory, and I advise others to proceed with caution before making a purchase.
