Mobile Operation app is the mobile application that can help you to report issue/complaint/request that you found in your buildings, in the most cost effective and cost efficient way. You can track and manage Issue/Complaint/Request Ticket from start to finish easily.

This app will save you hours of administrative time, effort and not forget to mention the paper and print cost. This app will enable you to track the issue/complaint/request handling time, so you will know exactly how efficient the issue handling process. Each time a new ticket is opened, it starts a timer so that you can see how long they are open for, and how long until they are completed.

The system will also ensure that none of the issues are being closed prematurely and no issues are left behind!
