The MoodBlocks app is an officially certified "Works with Sonos" accessory app developed by Senic.
You can control your Sonos speakers with NFC-enabled MoodBlocks in two ways.
You can tap them with an iPhone XS or newer to magically start music on your Sonos system. Or you can place a MoodBlock on the MoodPlay for a phone-free music experience.
The MoodBlocks app allows you to configure both options.
If you need more MoodBlocks, you can purchase them at www.moodblocks.com.
The app was designed for phones that support background NFC reading by default, including iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14.

Block not working on moodplay after update ?
After the new update it looks like moodplay isn’t able to read the MoodBlocks anymore, both Sonos radio MoodBlocks as the empty blocks with a Spotify playlist on it.
I’ve used the reset button a couple of times but no result.

Thank you for the feedback. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue. Unfortunately this happened when Sonos pushed a new hardware upgrade. We are in touch with them to resolve the issues. Meanwhile, we have pushed an app update that would make sure Spotify and Apple content works, MoodPlay firmware update is still being worked upon and we will soon push an update for the same. Additionally we are also working on getting Sonos Radio blocks to work again, they are still broken.
