Ms Paint is a simple raster graphics editor that has been included with all versions of ms . The program opens and saves files in win bitmap (BMP), JPEG, GIF, PNG, and single-page TIFF formats. The program can be in color mode or two-color black-and-white, but there is no grayscale mode. For its simplicity and that it is included with win, it rapidly became one of the most used applications in the early versions of win, introducing many to painting on a computer for the first time. It is still widely used for simple image manipulation tasks.

Nice, but missing copy selection
I'm so used to MS Paint and its simplicity, and I couldn't find a replacement for iOS, so this app more or less solves that (and using Windows menus on iOS adds the necessary humor).
The only thing I’m missing is the option to copy and paste a selection. A selection can be moved, but I can’t find the copy/paste functionality. Am I missing something, or can this be added? The ability to copy/paste will result in five starts for sure!
