Altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Clunky amateur app
Wants me to do a fresh login every freaking time. Doesn’t integrate well with password apps (iCloud/1Password) so has me typing or pasting the password. Very unprofessional.
Waardeloze klantenservice
Dure auto voor de deur maar kan hem niet meer opladen omdat ineens je laadpas geblokkeerd is en de nieuwe pas niet gekoppeld is aan een account. ALD doet niks voor je terwijl zij de pas naar je sturen en deze volgens Shell niet gekoppeld is aan een account. Shell en ALD doen al dagen beide niks. Daar betaal je dan 910 euro per maand voor. Echt ongelofelijk.
